Design

Sunlink is a visually captivating and immersive virtual reality experience, designed to educate users about sustainable closed-loop systems featuring microbial fuel cells (MFCs) and greenhouses. The design combines stunning visuals, interactive elements, and intuitive navigation, effectively presenting complex concepts and innovative green technologies to inspire action against climate change. 

History

Sunlink was created for the AWE XR Prize Challenge, specifically targeting the "Educating about solutions to climate change" category: https://www.awexr.com/global/xrprize. Having successfully passed the Concept Submission Round on December 21, 2022, Sunlink submitted its MVP for the next round, which concluded on April 16, 2023. Currently, Sunlink eagerly awaits the announcement of the finalists, remaining in the running to make a substantial impact on climate change education and awareness.
